Why NeighborsPro
NeighborsPro helps homeowners discover approved service businesses, compare their options, and request estimates without making the process confusing or overwhelming.

Business registrations are reviewed before they can appear in the NeighborsPro marketplace.
Compare profiles, save favorites, and decide which businesses you want to contact or hire.

Joining NeighborsPro and responding to local opportunities.
Create a business account, complete the registration, choose services and coverage areas, and submit it for review. The business remains pending until NeighborsPro approves it.
NeighborsPro reviews registration information and available legitimacy signals before approving a business. Additional information may be requested when something cannot be confirmed.
No. NeighborsPro's planned business model uses a monthly subscription with unlimited estimate opportunities rather than a separate fee for every lead. Pilot terms may differ while the marketplace is being tested.
Eligible requests can be answered through NeighborsPro with Interested, Request More Information, or Decline. Responses and status changes are recorded in the business activity trail.

Yes. Businesses can maintain their profile information through the business portal. Material changes may be reviewed before they appear publicly.
What approval means and how information is handled.
It means the business completed NeighborsPro's registration and review process. It is not a guarantee of workmanship, pricing, licensing status, insurance coverage, or future conduct.
No. Businesses are independent service providers and remain responsible for their estimates, agreements, licenses, insurance, workmanship, employees, and completed services.
Information is used to operate your request, provide account access, communicate relevant updates, and connect you with businesses you select or accept. Avoid including passwords, financial account details, medical information, or government identification numbers.
Use the Contact Us page and select the most relevant support category. Include the request number or business name when available. NeighborsPro is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services for an immediate safety emergency.
What happens after a project request is submitted.
Not automatically. An estimate request starts a conversation. Review the business's scope, pricing, timing, terms, and any written agreement before authorizing work.
Yes. The Request More Information flow supports follow-up communication while both sides decide whether to proceed. Either side can still accept, show interest, or decline when those options are available.
NeighborsPro shares the contact information needed for the connection and records the request status. The homeowner and independent business then confirm project details and any agreement directly.
No. Unless NeighborsPro clearly introduces a payment feature in the future, project payments and contracts are handled directly between the homeowner and the business.
NeighborsPro currently sends important request and response updates by email. Additional notification options may be introduced after they are fully tested.
If your question is not answered here, send NeighborsPro a message and choose the support category that best matches your situation.

Terms of Use
These terms explain NeighborsPro’s role, the responsibilities of homeowners and businesses, and the rules that help keep the marketplace useful and trustworthy.
Effective and last updated: September 21, 2026We help homeowners and independent businesses find and communicate with one another. NeighborsPro does not perform or supervise the work.
Homeowners remain responsible for reviewing estimates, credentials, insurance, contracts, and the business selected.
Users must provide accurate information, respect others, protect private information, and follow applicable law.
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and EM Home Services LLC, operating under the NeighborsPro name. By accessing or using the marketplace, business portal, consumer center, request features, or related services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. Anyone creating or managing a business profile represents that they are authorized to act for that business.
NeighborsPro provides technology that helps homeowners find and communicate with independent service businesses. NeighborsPro is not the contractor performing the project, does not employ participating businesses, does not supervise their work, and is not a party to the service agreement between a homeowner and a business.
NeighborsPro does not set the final project price or guarantee that a request will receive a response, that a business will be available, or that either party will enter or complete an agreement.

NeighborsPro may review public records and information supplied by a business and may manually approve, reject, suspend, or remove a profile. A verification or approval badge means only that specified information was reviewed at a particular time. It is not a warranty or guarantee of current licensing, insurance, safety, financial condition, workmanship, availability, or future conduct.
When a homeowner sends a direct request, relevant request and contact information may be delivered to the selected business so it can respond.
NeighborsPro may share project information with a limited number of matching businesses. Homeowner contact information remains limited until the homeowner chooses to connect, as explained during the request process.
An estimate request starts a conversation and is not automatically a binding contract. A binding service agreement exists only when the homeowner and business separately agree to its terms.
The homeowner and business are solely responsible for their service agreement and project. NeighborsPro is not responsible for workmanship, materials, scheduling, access to property, permits, code compliance, warranties, injuries, property damage, payment, refunds, cancellations, or disputes between users.
Unless NeighborsPro expressly introduces a payment service with additional terms, payments are handled directly between homeowners and businesses. Users should put important project terms in writing and keep appropriate records.
When paid business subscriptions are introduced, the signup screen or additional subscription terms will state the price, billing frequency, renewal rules, cancellation method, refund policy, taxes, failed-payment handling, and the effect of cancellation. A business will not be charged until it is shown the applicable terms and affirmatively agrees to them.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fake, purchased, retaliatory, misleading, or manipulated reviews are prohibited. NeighborsPro may investigate, moderate, decline to publish, or remove content that violates these Terms while preserving honest feedback, including honest negative feedback.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant NeighborsPro a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote NeighborsPro. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
NeighborsPro may send transactional communications concerning requests, accounts, verification, security, support, and service activity. Marketing communications and any future text-messaging program will be subject to the consent and opt-out information presented when those features are offered.
NeighborsPro is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, suspected criminal activity, fire, gas leaks, medical emergencies, or other urgent safety concerns, contact 911 or the appropriate local authority.
NeighborsPro may restrict, suspend, or terminate access; decline or remove requests, profiles, or content; and preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unsafe conduct, policy violations, legal risk, inactivity, nonpayment, or misuse. Users may stop using NeighborsPro at any time, subject to outstanding obligations between homeowners and businesses.
NeighborsPro may change, interrupt, or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” NeighborsPro does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific business results, a minimum number of leads or estimates, the accuracy of user-provided information, or the outcome of any project.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeighborsPro and EM Home Services LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or damages arising from agreements or interactions between users. Any monetary limitation required for the final public Terms should be reviewed and approved by legal counsel.
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your content, services, conduct, violation of law, or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Before filing a formal claim relating to NeighborsPro, contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern informally. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any final arbitration provision, class-action waiver, venue requirement, or monetary liability cap will be added only after legal review. Disputes between homeowners and businesses remain disputes between those parties unless NeighborsPro is independently involved.
NeighborsPro may update these Terms as the service changes or legal requirements develop. The “last updated” date identifies the latest revision. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
